Widely recognised within the industry, this landmark project stands as one of the largest full design and build office fit-outs delivered in London. Current Affairs spent over six months on both the design and installation phases, embracing the scale and complexity of a project that pushed technical and creative boundaries throughout.

Spanning more than 110,000 sq ft across four floors, the space includes expansive office areas, breakout zones, over 30 large meeting rooms, more than 80 meeting pods, a fully equipped gym, steam room and sauna. The scheme is crowned by a striking auditorium and reception area, featuring hundreds of metres of LED feature walls, immersive experience tunnels, and the signature “Think Deeper” media wall.

Delivered in close collaboration with AIS Interiors and the wider supply chain, the project required exceptional coordination, teamwork, and precision at every stage.

The result: a truly iconic workplace that sets new benchmarks for scale, ambition, and technical excellence – a project firmly etched into Current Affairs’ record books.

This project marked the first of many collaborations between Current Affairs and Loop Interiors for the MYO serviced office concept. Delivered as a CAT B fit-out across ten floors of newly completed CAT A space, the programme ran concurrently and demanded tight coordination and precise delivery.

Over 16 weeks, we completed multiple floors within a fast-paced schedule, creating a mix of private offices, co-working areas, breakout lounges, and a new reception space. The result was a series of flexible, contemporary workspaces designed to support MYO’s growing serviced office model.

Working in partnership with M Moser we were tasked with designing and constructing the new ” Living Lab” space as the new M Moser London HQ. The project was heavily focused on sustainability to drive the net zero ambitions of the business in all aspects of the design and materials used. Current Affairs worked in close collaboration throughout the project to achieve the overall goal of the Living Lab experience with the architectural team and the technical team. New lighting and lighting control technology were rolled out to allow the concept to come together. The space has been success following the opening with 82% of the team feeling more productive and a 20% uplift in attendance.

Feature lighting was carefully integrated throughout, with a large social and training suite positioned to take full advantage of the building’s iconic views of Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast.

The Brief for this project was to deliver a unique and bespoke solution for the electrical installation from shell to CAT B, which we proudly delivered.
This project required the highest attention to detail, collaborating with architects, lighting consultants and main contractors to incorporate lighting and technology into bespoke ceilings, bespoke joinery, moveable meeting rooms, catering kitchen, event hall, respite room and Chairmans suite.

With the emphasis on luxury we worked closely with Nulty to create the lighting scheme and had a bespoke lighting control scheme to ensure all event scenarios can be achieved.

The design focused on a sleek, minimalistic aesthetic and drew inspiration from the building’s modern-industrial exterior, with an emphasis on exposed services. High levels of co-ordination were required to provided the seamless sleek design that was achieved.
