Current Affairs delivered the full design and build electrical package across two floors for Candid’s new workspace at The Market Exchange. The upper floor, previously CAT A, was transformed into the client’s main working environment, while the floor below was designed to create an impressive arrival experience with breakout areas and private meeting rooms.

The lower level was taken from shell, requiring a full installation of all new electrical services. Our team also coordinated the integration of a new internal staircase linking the two floors, ensuring seamless continuity between the spaces.

The result – a cohesive, modern workplace that balances functionality with a striking front-of-house presence, delivered to the high standard expected of a flagship office.
