Current Affairs was appointed to deliver the CAT A to CAT B fit-out for Teneo’s new headquarters, spanning four floors in St Paul’s. From the earliest design stages, our team worked closely with AIS Interiors to develop tailored solutions for lighting, small power, data, and fire alarm systems.

A standout feature of the project was the top-floor breakout space, which combined high-quality timber detailing with carefully considered lighting to create a warm, contemporary environment. Throughout the programme, every element was designed to support a modern, high-performance workplace aligned with the client’s vision.

The result: a refined headquarters that balances technical performance with strong architectural and interior design.
