Project description
Current affairs were appointed for the design and build for the electrical services package. This project was a combination of Shell to CAT B for the end user, CAT A space for a sublet area, core area upgrades to toilet cores and the redesign of the lift lobby.
This project required close collaboration with the main contractor and the client’s design consultants to deliver the high end design to a Fitwell 2 rating.
